In subcommittee hearings yesterday, The Treasury Department heard testimony that a 4-year-old received an $8,000 refundable tax credit for a new home. Even 52 IRS agents were involved with other fraud, adding up to around $500 million. I doubt you'll hear about this in the "mainstream media".
