In subcommittee hearings yesterday, The Treasury Department heard testimony that a 4-year-old received an $8,000 refundable tax credit for a new home. Even 52 IRS agents were involved with other fraud, adding up to around $500 million. I doubt you'll hear about this in the "mainstream media".

Government Is Repeating What Caused The Mortgage Crisis!

Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. But that's exactly what the Government is doing. you may not realize it, but the Government is the reason why the whole mortgage mess occurred in the first place by giving low income families loans with little or no money down and forcing banks and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to give out these loans (please watch the last half of the video that I posted entitled "Directed Distraction About AIG and Barney Frank"). And now guess what? The Government is going to continue these low cost loans with as little as a 3.5% down payment! This will be the beginning of a new "bubble" caused by the Government that will again blowup once again. Stupid!! Here's a good editorial explaining what the FHA is now doing which is a repeat of the past Government policy that caused the first mortgage crisis. Can you now start to see how the Government can't do anything right and just causes more problems than they solve? But they always do it with "the best intentions" never realizing all of the unintended consequences. FOOLS!!

Something I Left Out About HR 3200 (The Health Care Bill)

If you go to the top of page 16 of the bill it states:

SEC. 102. PROTECTING THE CHOICE TO KEEP CURRENT COVERAGE
GRANDFATHERED HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE DEFINED.—Subject to the succeeding provisions of this section, for purposes of establishing acceptable coverage under this division, the term ‘‘grandfathered health insurance coverage’’ means individual health insurance coverage that is offered and in force and effect before the first day of Y1 if the following conditions are met:
(1) LIMITATION ON NEW ENROLLMENT.—
(A)
IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day of Y1.

WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT IF YOU HAVE YOUR CURRENT PRIVATE HEALTH CARE PLAN NOW, YOU CAN KEEP IT, UNLESS YOU CHANGE ANY PART OF IT. THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE PUBLIC PLAN. HOW'S THAT FOR CHOICE?

Let's Go Trough Some Numbers Based On The CBO Report

Now follow me on this folks. According to the Presidential speech to Congress a few weeks ago, there are currently 30 million people who don't have health care right now. Today Democrats came out and said that the new health care bill will cover 94% of the people in the country. So let's use some basic math. If 94% of people will have health care if this bill passes, that means there will still be 6% without health care. So, with a current population of 307,545,788 times 6% will still leave 18,452,747 who still will not have health care! The CBO came out today and said the health care bill will cost $829 billion. If you take $829 billion and divide it by the people who will get coverage due to the health care bill, which is the remainder of the 30 million people, you get $71,792 per person who will now get coverage. Unbelievable!
